"Such delicious homemade food. Oh my goodness, I've had breakfast there and I've had the wonderful stuffed cabbage and it smells great when you walk in"
"ZERO STARS These idiots turned what was a very nice area (specifically around Lutz/Old SR 54) to live into a big messy pile of outlet malls, stores, office spaces, zero lot housing developments and massive apartment complexes, complete with ill-planned roads to maximize traffic jams. It started out with them taking a wetlands area and letting a developer build a mall. Then, since the local residents lost that battle, these greedy government officials just continued to take every stupid idea any money-hungry developer puts before them and approve it. So now all they do is keep making more and more boneheaded decisions are making a terrible situation even worse. It seems like they see an empty piece of land and say "Hey, why don't we put up another apartment complex to add another 3,000 people to the mess, oh ,and just for fun, build ten new office buildings with only four parking spaces for the customers because, jeez, we want to be just like New York or LA and make our constituents really frustrated, unhappy and exasperated.” Thanks guys for destroying our once beautiful county."
"The combined IQ of the board of commissioners would barely crack 58. I have no doubt nepotism and money is what gets these people pushed to the forefront of elections. These people just rubber stamp some of the lowest budget developments so that they can campaign on record budget surpluses and tax revenue. Would love to see donations and financials tied to every single person on this board. If you want to see what corrupt developer money does to a community look no further than pasco county. Cheap Apartments literally feet from each other, communities building garbage junk homes with .05 of an acre , and wildlife being hit on the road because of the waves of people flooding the area who don’t care about the community."
"Zero Stars. I’ve been trying to reach Christina Fitzpatrick for nearly 6 months. I’ve called 5 times, left multiple messages. I’ve emailed many times and tries to reach her on Facebook. It’s probably because she doesn’t care about the northern part of her district since there’s not as much money here as compared to 54. If I lived in Starkey Ranch I would have likely been helped. Anyways there is a car wash going in at the front of our neighborhood on 52 by Racetrack. 20 feet from my property and next door to other peoples houses. There is a 8 acre EPA protected wetland and spring less than 100 feet away. That is one concern. Primarily we were trying to assure that the exit of the car wash was facing away from the conservation and houses. The blow dryers will echo across the conservation lot and through the neighborhood. Not only will it disrupt those next door but everyone in our small community of a few dozen homes which has been here since the 80s. We can already here the workers yelling at each other all day. Christina Fitzpatrick and the Pasco county government is failing its citizens. How many car washes and storage facilities do we need??? Construction just started. I’ve been trying to get help on this since early this year. Where is Fitzpatrick? Where are my emails and voicemails going? I demand a response!!!"
