"My complex gave me the wrong information on changing the mailbox lock. Got proper information. I need to take 3 more steps to getting the lock changed."

"Our company ships from multiple USPS locations and this is by far the worst post office I have had to use. They have lost multiple packages we have dropped off with absolutely no accountability and no explanation other than we have no idea where your package is at resulting in multiple insurance claims having to be filed. I would avoid at all cost."

"I had a package delivered the other day with worms for my lizards in it. The box had a big bright green sticker on it that read “live animals” and whoever delivered it decided it would be a good idea to put it in a drop box on a 90 degree day. Needless to say they were all dead. And not today I had another drop box package which would’ve been fine if the key they left in my mailbox would’ve had a number on it. But instead I had to go to every drop box until I found out the right one because someone is too incompetent to use their brain. Thank you USPS for being so awful…."

"Says my package was attempted to be delivered. Not so. Im home all day with my baby. As well as my dog who barks at every little sound.....and also no slip left at my door so you obviously put it on the wrong door or never attempted. Now i have to take my son to out of the house , to the post office ,to come pick it up since i dont trust youll "redeliver it" correctly. Do better."

"A woman answered the phone today 10/17 at 2:36pm when I called to see if when I go in person will I be able to change address from what is on my ID to my current she said um good question left the line then got back on phone saying yeah sometimes when you get the ID it will prompt you to to change it but you’ll just bring your ID and then started talking to her co worker and then repeated ya just bring your ID and I said I know I need that but that doesn’t tell me if I’m going to be able to change the address she said I did answer that and I said no you didn’t you started talking to someone and told me bring an ID and then she hung up on me and would not answer when I attempted to call back, RUDE and when I go to the office in person tomorrow I will get the workers name to report. You can’t act like that just because you’re a union worker it’s absolutely unacceptable and literally made me want to go through the phone because there’s no way you would feel comfortable doing that in person."
