"Super disappointed. Ordered a package that apparently i have to show ID for so they did not deliver it. Now my only option is to pick it up form the post office and i can't because they close at 4:30 before I'm off work and wont deliver after I'm off work either so its being returned to sender. This is exactly why usps is going down the damn drain You guys suck. Turns out you guys didn't actually even come to my house either. Nobody that was at my house heard a knock or anything. So, you guys definitely just suck. Here i am trying to modify a redelivery request and you guys are saying it doesn't exist AND telling me i cant make a new one because a redelivery request was already made."
"There's a reason this trash post office has such a low rating. I know it's the post office and supposed be lazy and hate Your job but this place brings it to a new level. They are only doing cash right now. No cards. I had a Passport appointment today. I took half the day off to show up just to be told they're not Taking cards, just cash. I was then told by the workers "someone should've called you today". Yeah, YOU are that somebody, you dolts."
"This post office is awful ! They lost a package we mailed via the carrier. Handed it to him myself. He stuck it in the truck. I politely asked the man if he could ppz scan. Of course. Guess what happened? Nothing he didn't scan it and now my customer isn't happy. They never called me back and closed the case. It's unclear they sat and that package is with a 3rd party but they don't know who? Say what ?? Of course they reopened the case and somebody will call. Well if they call like they were supposed to last week , I won't get a call. Never again. I will handle my business from the elfers location , since they handle tons of packages from us and never have an issue. Horrible follow up and this new mail carrier doesn't do his job. Do better USPS ! Now we are at risk of having a very impactful negative feedback on our business. Not happy!"
"If you're going here for fingerprints after accepting a conditional offer, just don't. Made an appointment at 11 for fingerprints, met with Kim who when I asked why they were hiring in our conversation responded "No one wants to work!". After many attempts the machine they use wouldn't wasn't capturing anything. She asked me about going to Land O'lakes office instead, I said I didn't mind going if they knew the office had a working machine, Kim couldn't confirm that, she mentioned the police department, but couldn't produce the required cards for me to go there. So Kim then asked me to write my name and number down and she would call me back after calling I.T. about the machine. Now its 4p.m. and I drive back to the office after waiting all day I find out Kim had gone home, I suppose she didn't want to work, after waiting for 20 minutes for a supervisor Darrel walked around the desk and began trying to give me a hard time about showing up so late in the day for help, except Kim asked me to wait for the call that clearly wasn't coming, when I didn't back down that I needed a solution for the fingerprints Darrel began trying to help so could I leave and he could close. After calling many offices, no one seems to have the cards for the police station to do the fingerprinting, it states on the Tarpon Police website they do not provide them and need you to have them before you go. I went home with no solution. The next morning I call to find out Kim had gotten the machine working and just didn't tell anyone how she had had me wait around the entire day and it was no on me to clear my schedule again and hope Kim wants to work. I hope they find someone who has a contracted mindset who wants to deal with this behavior."
"it would be really helpful to be able to contact the local post office. I called the 800 number waited on hold while hoping I pushed the correct prompt , none fit my needs. I still could not speak to anyone…. I opted for a call back…. finally told after speaking to a supervisor to contact my local post office. not sure why the local post office phone number needs to be a secret… I already wasted my morning. Privatize this mess.."
