They texted and called the day before delivery. The day of delivery, we received text messages with a link to track the driver. They arrived and were friendly. They removed the old washer and noticed an issue with our drier vent and corrected that for us and installed the new washer and walked us through how to use it. We highly recommend Benson’s they are the BEST!!"

"All over the phone (using the online catalog together) Phil the CSR helped me select the ideal microwave to replace my old one, sold it at a discount, and arranged delivery the NEXT DAY (in contrast to competitors who spoke in terms of next MONTH!) It was installed a day later by the VERY neat, efficient, and competent Bodie and Collin (who installed all new brackets etc. reusing nothing from the previous installation). The microwave itself, a Whirlpool, is AWESOME, and just as requested it operates very similarly to my old microwave with a finish that matches my old stove. I am one VERY happy customer."
