"What happened to this place it used to be my favorite and cheapest to buy toiletries I came here last week to buy a sun shade it was originally $224 it was on sale for $120 the worker told me it would end the 28th fast forward to today the 17th I went to go see how much it was the lady said it was $145 I said oh it was on sale for $120 is it still on sale? She said it WAS on sale this was their set price. It was 50% off so was supposed to be on sale for $80 the week I went in the first time. Their prices are always different EVERYTIME u ask a different person. It’s like they work off commission or something. Walmart is cheaper for the same toys they’re going under and fast save ur money people it’s no longer a thrifty store."

"A pleasant experience. An employee walking around saw I needed help locating an item and offered assistance without my asking. Very attentive and friendly. The young lady at the register was super friendly as well. I wouldn’t even consider Big Lots to be a regular store I visit. This experience was worth a return. The store was clean and organized. For the most part well stocked. I will say that there were certain items I was interested in but had no price tag. I don’t bother getting items with no price. Other than that overall positive experience."
