"We reserved on-line to lock in our price. Easy enough. But the system assigned a corner unit with a small, 5 foot door, unbeknownst to us. No Problem, however. By the time we arrived to sign our lease, Thomas had already found us a great location with an 8 foot door. I appreciated how proactive he was anticipating the needs of his clientele.
