"The staff was amazing and super helpful! I had no idea what my storage needs truly were but Brittany and her staff helped me sort out exactly the right space for me! The young girl with the dreadlocks was so personable and happy and cheery it changed my whole outlook on my day! The stress of moving vanished after her sparkling personality was encountered she was extremely helpful and made everything go smoothly even after I fumbled and had to return with my wallet after forgetting it in the truck. Everyone was super patient with me and I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my family and friends and business contacts. Thank you for everything!"
"It was imperative that I get into my storage unit this evening. I arrived there at 10:02pm only to find out that my 24 HOUR STORAGE UNIT, closes at 10pm!!! Someone please Explain this to me. I only pay $200/month for 1 storage unit bc I THOUGHT IT WAS 24hrs!!!! I’m so upset right now!!!"

"Sad thqt i pay for a climate controlled storage unit and walk into the entrance of where you go to get into my storage and first thing i smell is cigarettes! Hey U-haul I don't want to pay to have my belongings ruined by whom ever is being allowed to smoke inside the climate control area!! Also the metal screws sticking out from the right wall inside my unit is not acceptable either! This location in New Port Richey is so disappointing! You might get in on the special of 1 month free but you have to pay for locks! They are not cheap!"
"Was forced to buy the $10 insurance, under the claim that it was "policy." I accepted as I thought I had no choice. After going to another U-Haul provider just the other day to rent one again, the desk person said the insurance was 100% optional. I feel very ripped off after being told that it is a requirement, only to learn that it is optional. This is a shady way to increase your sales numbers. I'll never visit this place again..."
