"Move the homeless luncheon somewhere else or better yet have it at one of your personal residences and see what your neighbors think. You do know once they are fed they roam around the city still beggiing, at the park, the launch ramp and the piles of garbage they leave behind. You are not helping their situation nor do you have any respect for the homeowners in the city of New Port Richey who do not want to see them sprawled out on sidewalks or parking lots. You need a better plan!"
