"Went into this location with my 13yo and was followed around by the Asian clerk. He was so focused on us he ignored the half a dozen people who walked in while we were there. I've been wearing glasses since I was 5, and I saw some cute ones there. But it's too many competitors to have to put up with that. Thanks but no thanks SEE."

"I don’t really know why they have this good rates. The sellers in the store ridiculously not interested in you as a client. Not professional approach at all. They don’t have no style sence no vision of beauty. Just to sell you whatever. I bought $700 glasses and regretted very. Every one out of this store agreed- they are not my style. When I was coming for minor adjustments- like frame adjustments or lenses changing- they would sell me another pair of glasses for $700 no matter how bad I look with them. Instead of helping me to do what I came for. I don’t think I ever recommend place or come back again. People only See you as a credit card not a someone who need glasses and want to look good. They don’t simply care - pay and leave"
