"I feel terrible for some of the patients that had a terrible experience at Adventist Health Glendale. Fortunately. I'm not one of them. I had to fast from both food and liquids for my Endoscopy, I was extremely dehydrated. While getting prepped for the procedure, I was poked six times until the medical staff could thread a vein. Four nurses and two doctors attended to me, one doctor remedied the problem by getting an ultrasound machine to locate and thread the vein. The procedure went well and the medical staff that took care of me were extremely polite, patient, courteous, informative, and empathetic. Three years ago, my Mom, whom I treasure, had a spinal fusion procedure at this same hospital during the COVID shut down and the medical staff took excellent care of her. I hope this review helps someone, we're all human and have bad days, quite possibly when some of these patients providing bad reviews came across a staff member having a bad day inundated with a multitude of tasks, it became an unpleasantexperience. Remember the spoken word cannot be taken back."

"Associates had a hard time getting a vein and I almost fainted, but they gave me a muffin of their own stock and cold water and let me lie down and eventually were able to get the sample. Top notch, extraordinary kindness and patient care. NP was super efficient and brief but thorough. Very pleased with services."
