"Ready at a moment's notice! I happened to call the company at a slow time, and Remis packed up and met us 30 minutes later! I have done Segway tours before, but my son hadn't. Remis took his time acclimating my son to the machine. For me, it was a quicker orientation. The fact that he adjusted is the sign of a great teacher! Remis is also a great operator: Good humor, personable, shares things he personally likes about the park, doesn't feed his guests to the tourist traps. He gave us plenty of opportunities for photos at great spots, but he also kept us rolling and enjoying the Segway ride.
