"The management are problematic, prejudiced, and look for ways to take advantage of the folks in the park who are unaware of their rights. While I have not been subjected to this, many others in the park have been and it's atrocious its been this way for this long. As for everything else, it's one of the worst parks I've encountered. Children run wild with no parents to be seen, certain neighbors are rude to its minority members, and I've been told the rent is increasing but no improvements to the park are being made to warrant the need to raise rent. As another commenter said, there isnt even overnight visitor parking, the laundromat is always in a dissaray, and the clubhouse is lacking. This park has great opportunity, if only by being kinder as a whole at the very least, but oh well. For my fellow 55+ folks, look elsewhere as I have for although the rent is somewhat higher, the people and management are really what make or break your neighborhood. Good luck and best wishes."
