"I go here a few times a week to ship items for a home business. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I've dealt with nearly every single employee that works the front desk over the past years and I have never had a bad experience. I've had a few employees go above and beyond for me and always with a smile on their face."

"I thought a package was delivered, but because it was delivered by USP it wouldn't be delivered till the next day. Instead of just saying that, this Asian rep says that he doesn't work till 3am sorting packages and there's a 1000 on a pallet back there, I'll have to come back tomorrow. The man is lucky I became a Christian."

"One of the clerks was clueless about the shipping boxes. I asked about the shipping boxes. I asked if they had certain type of box( Called mailing boxes) he told me they had those in n the front but I proceeded to tell they are flat rate and told me they are medium size... he did not understand that there are flat rate and mailing boxes, which both are different and proceeded anyway to try to explain to him again (even showing a photo with the boxes that USPS provides which shows the correct dimensions and even name and model number which shows they are rectangular and flat) and he went to the back and brings other types of boxes. I just gave up and I will have to come either another day, go to another USPS, get attended by another Worker or wait until the boxes I need tomorrow arrive next week I will probably go to another USPS. Did not want to make a show out of that experience"

"I wasn’t originally going to write a review, until I realized that some people might find value to this experience. I went to this post office to send in my application for a second validity passport. I am going on a trip in the summer, but studying abroad in the fall. Because of this, I needed to acquire a second passport. My mother and I went into this post office with high hopes until two minutes into the appointment. The agent, i'm assuming his name was Theo based on other reviews, was absolutely horrendous. He immediately caught an attitude with my mother and I out of no where. He told us we were "waisting our time" and we would not be approved for it. My mother tried to pull up the U.S Department of States website, which clearly showed that I was eligible for it, and he refused to look at it. He then proceeded to tell my mother "turn around and look behind you at that certificate on the wall, I know what I am doing". Even though my mother explained to him that even though I am not going to a Middle Eastern country, I am still eligible. He then proceeded to say "if you want to waste your money that's fine". He was so incredibly rude and stressed us both out immensely. We acquired expedited shipping just so we would know the answer sooner, and I received my second passport yesterday. I hope that no other family believed his false knowledge."

"One of the better post offices in our area. Sometimes the men are "focused" and not very pleasant but for the most part everyone here seems to like their job and enjoying working. Always have the stamps I want and never rude. I make people smile everywhere I go and this place is no exception. I read the other reviews and am behooved bc I have never witnessed anything other than assistance. Clean too and fully stocked with boxes of various sizes :)"
