"A truly honorable place to send off your loved ones Veterans Funeral Care is a gem in Clearwater. The museum inside is also an incredible walk down history lane providing incredible insight into the lives of many souls who helped shape our country. It was a true honor to be able to walk these halls and I look forward to the future of this establishment. Jim Rudolph runs a rich shop and always makes sure things are top notch!"
"Tara loved and hugged on us at this hard time..94 yr. Old Marine got candy in a heart bag to take home….he still looks at that bag. Indy was smart, kind, and so helpful….And the wonderful owner wants to meet my daddy! God bless this place real good!"
"10/10 would recommend Veterans Funeral Care. We had an incredible service honoring my father, thanks to the great people here. Indi, Mike, and Nelson were kind and compassionate during the initial meeting and throughout the funeral process. Indi in particular was fantastic to work with - professional, organized, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Many heartfelt thanks from William A. Willey's family."
"This is Robert's wife (Edie) writing this review. Robert's service was held yesterday at Veterans Funeral Care and I could not have been more pleased with the amount of Love and Care each staff member showed from the time I placed my first call there (spoke to Eric) to every interaction I had with the funeral director (Ashley). Eric spoke to me on the telephone explaining the entire process and he took literally an hour of his day to explain in detail, all of our options. He was one of the most patient and kind people that I have ever spoken with. Ashley was very communicative and would email or text me on a regular basis during all the steps along the way with the various items that I had to complete prior to the service. You can tell that they all have love for their community (and Veterans) by the way they serve them. They did take so much care down to all of the minor details such as the keepsakes, fingerprints, the slideshow and miscellaneous other items that made such a difference. The Chaplain that they recommended (Nelson) was so kind and loving. He did not know my husband in life, but the service he gave for Robert reflected the same Love & Care that we had been provided by the rest of the staff. I had been referred to Veterans funeral care by both the VA (in Tampa) and by Robert's nurse when he was in the ICU. His nurse told my daughter and I a very special story of when she was young and her mother had passed away and Veterans funeral care handled all the arrangements, even though her mother was not a Veteran. She was very young when her mother passed (maybe 22 or so) and she had a younger sister that was a minor. She said that Veterans Funeral Care stepped up and really assisted her above and beyond and she has never forgotten what they did for her and her sister during that time. That was a God thing that she ended up being Robert's nurse and passing along her special story about her own mothers passing. Every interaction with every staff member felt more like I was dealing with friends or family VS a business. It is so refreshing to deal with a business where I am not having to follow up with them to ensure things got done. They handled everything and that took the burden off of us. I highly highly recommend and would never want to use anyone else for funeral services."
"The people at Veterans Funeral Care of taken care of my families final arrangements on two occasions now. My father was a World War II Veteran and he was treated to a wonderful ceremony bespeaking his service to his country. My mother’s dying wish was to be interred next to her husband and the love of her life. Today with the help of Jimmy and the people at Veterans Funeral Care her wish was fulfilled. Thank you to everyone at VFC for all your help and kindness during our time of need.."
