"Reading the reviews I am shocked. Yes the front could use a lighted sign or something, but the back is well.lite. the prices are very competitive. But for me, Trisha, the manager is what makes this a great place. I have been renting for a few months and Trisha is always accommodating and friendly. I have thrown her a couple curve balls, I live in NH and it is hard to deal with things from a distance. Trisha responds to calls very quickly and if she cannot help, she is pleasant and has other ideas how to solve my issue. Recommend 100%."

"So far I have gotten 3 flat tires in my car from driving in-and-out of there because they don't bother to clean up their driveway. There was apparently an accident some time ago getting into their driveway and they have left all the debris in the driveway. Beyond that a lot of time has passed and allthough they still haven't cleaned out the driveway I guess enough tires have picked up garbage that it is somewhat cleaned up there but then inside the gate there is still plenty of stuff that has caused Me to get flat tires. I wouldn't go in there at all except that I work for a company that keeps its truck there."

"Formerly family owned for over 40 yrs, but unfortunately sold a few years ago to this corporate owned business based out of Ohio. Nothing but major problems since. The woman mgr they hired is very unprofessional, coarse and rude! She tells you one thing but does another and never follows through on resolving any errors she's made, she avoids them instead. She is rarely in the office during office hours although she lives directly next door in a trailer, rarely answers the phone and hangs up on you when you need an important question answered or a problem resolved. Not given what I was promised by her vocally and learned I've been overpaying for the past 2 yrs. Of course she now ignores this. This place has become a rip off and now I'm looking for other available units elsewhere. Also another BIG PROBLEM is she has knowingly been allowing a homeless man to LIVE INSIDE the storage warehouse among everyone's storage units for the past several months ...which is a huge LIABILITY to this company especially if he accidentally burns the place down or could easily break into someone's unit since he's there all night after the place is locked past 9pm. A LAWSUIT waiting to happen. They definitely have the wrong type of person 'managing' this place!"
