"I’ve been here two times to register a car, the first time I was told I only needed a policy number for proof of insurance which I didn’t have with me so I left and came back and I then was told by someone else that I needed a physical card, absolutely the worst communication ever and the biggest waste of my time. the absolute rudest workers. when you ask a simple question you get attitude about it NEVER COME HERE!"

"I waited almost two months to get a appointment to change my driver's license information.when i stepped up to the counter they said my driver's license wasn't compliant, that I needed a passport and 4 other forms of ID .why wouldn't the geniuses put that in a dialogue box that pops up?very complicated!! They should run him out of office.oh by the way they wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor to suggest it.they told me to call their number that has a 5 hr wait time."

"Mailed me a letter telling me my license was going to be suspended if I did not turn in my license plate from a car that was sold so I waited for an hour to turn it in only to be told that it was cleared 2 days before the letter was mailed. How does that even happen. Now I have lost money having g to leave work early and ended up being a complete waste of my time. Not happy about the incompetence of the dumb or about losing money for bo reason."
