"Officer was incapable of inputting information in correctly, forcing me to go to court for no reason over false charges. If I didn't fight it I'd have extra stuff on my record along with paying money for doing nothing wrong. I'd leave a 1 star but the security guards are pleasant."

"I know government offices frequently get bad reviews, and oftentimes deservedly so, but I’ve never received anything but excellent service here at this location over my decades in Tampa Bay. The clerks here are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable at their jobs. Service is also prompt. As a result, I only go to this location."

"The service representatives need more training. The information they give to the public is wrong information. I was given wrong information from the US 19 north branch twice. If you're dealing with a civil case talk to an attorney outside the circuit court. I spoke with an attorney at the self help center downtown Clearwater location regarding a case and the attorney had to google the question. When I asked about subpoenas he gave me a form and said for further information ask the county clerks office. The information from the attorney and the county clerks office was very different and both wrong. If you're looking for better results you are better off contacting the Florida bar association or hiring an attorney."

"I have used this location a few times in the past years, and they always explain the details about next steps. Good guidance. Good people. However, why is this County Clerk location so ugly? This location needs a serious redesign."
