"I just had the worst haircut ever! I even showed her, not once but twice how I wanted the back done. Instead one side of the back is jagged and the other side of back is straight across and a good 1/2 inch longer."

"Went to get my eye brows done here. They charged me $16 and they are not even, they took off a big portion of my inner brow on one side and didn't do that on other side. Literally have to draw it in now (I am not a girl who does this usually) and have to wait for them to grow in a lot before I can even consider this to get fixed by some place else. Usually I have great things to say about the hair dressers figured I'd give them a shot for brows.... Never again."

"I was happy to be seen as a walk-in, but not super happy with the cut. I said "bob," she apparently heard "bangs." I said "no razoring, it turns my hair into a poofy mess and I look like a sheep" and she said ok and proceeded to cut my hair by sliding open scissors sideways across it like she was wrapping Christmas presents. I had to keep asking her to buzz the back of my head and she did eventually go alllllll the way down to maybe a 3/4" attachment on the clippers but it took about three tries to get her there. I walked out of the place looking like 90s teen heart throb Jonathan Taylor Thomas....if he stuck his finger in an electric socket and turned into a slightly singed middle-aged lesbian on her way to audition for the cast of Red Green. It's really lucky that I'm old enough to be mostly out of Fs to give and also that my hair grows pretty quick. Very pleasant staff, very reasonable price. If I go back, I think I'll just ask to be seen by the barber instead, they had an awesome hair cut."

"I’m hispanic and I was treated bad because of my background. Multiple times I gave them a try with multiple stylist including josh their “color specialist” don’t waste your time because they will not make you feel beautiful and shame you for simple things like rescheduling. I pay a ton of money for my hair to get retouched or done different processes and all of the time I have never gotten what I wanted I’ve settled and I’m tired of it finally when I spoke to the owner about it she apologized for Josh his behavior but also pretty much justified them trying to charge me 150 to have my hair fixed when it should have not been done like this the first place. I’m so disappointed that as a single mother I can’t even get the results that I am paying for without being shamed for the color of my hair. If it would’ve been a white woman or anyone else it would’ve been different I will be posting photos on their Facebook page and other social media platforms. Also he gave my kids uneven hair cuts when I supposedly cancelled one of the times he claims. I’m honestly so upset that I even trusted them in the first place. This photo is a good example of their poor lightning jobs"
