"Nice, clean, modern and friendly blood donor office in Point Loma. Easy appointments online, or just walk in. The nurse, manager, and all the phlebotomists are very welcoming and kind. I was done in a jiffy and offered delicious snacks by the volunteer."
"This place is very clean, has plenty of parking and typically there's never a wait. I dont make appointments, just walk in and I'm helped immediately. If you're hydrated, your turn around time is even quicker. The staff is friendly and they have snacks to help with recovery after a blood draw. They get a little pushy trying to get you to do a double rbc if you can spare it, instead of doing a whole blood donation. Saying no gets a little old after a few times and its annoying they continually ask. I would think they keep a profile so you dont have to do the questionnaire each time or at least know your preferences. The only thing I dislike is their schedule. They are closed Friday and Saturday, which are the easiest days for me to go."
"I absolutely love the new blood bank in beautiful Point Loma. The staff are great and truly treat you like family! I often feel lightheaded towards the end of a platelet donation and i am certain each time that the whole team will go into action if they see me get pale or i ask for help. I love donating here and will continue to do so for as long as i am healthy :)"
