"I used to work at Dothan Pediatrics and have inside knowledge of how this place is ran and feel like I need to share. The girls at the front desk are extremely racist. In particular, to the Mexican race. They will do anything they can to avoid having to help them, ESPECIALLY if they aren’t well at speaking English. I’ve heard girls at the front desk as well as the office manager, making extremely inappropriate racial comments. As if that weren’t enough the girls at the front desk also abuse drugs. I tried to inform the managers about this as we’re dealing with children everyday but they refused to acknowledge it. Do what you will this information but I think every parent has the right to know exactly what kind of place they’re bringing they’re children to."

"Dr. Meghan Benak is the absolute best! She shows a great deal of compassion and patience with my baby and it means everything to have a doctor to actually care about their patients. I am so thankful to have her as my child’s pediatrician! Highly recommended!!!"

"Great group of doctors and nurses. Ours have taken their time each visit to listen and make a treatment plan. They are very patient with the children. Happy to give referrals and have their own subspecialty clinic with a few speciality doctors. Large waiting area actually split up by walls into a sick area, well area, and teenager area. Also a newborn waiting room in the back. Kept very clean. Colorful walls to be inviting for children."

"I was scheduled to see Dr. DeLong at 8:50, I checked in at 8:41. It is currently 10:04 and I have still not been called back. I’m extremely frustrated seeing multiple people be check in after me and be called back and then leave before I even get called back. It’s very unprofessional and I would reschedule except that I’ve already wasted almost an hour and a half here and I don’t want to come back. I talked to the front desk twice. Once at 30 minutes past my appointment and an hour after my appointment. Both times they said “sorry, you’re next. It’s sick season”. I’m very very frustrated and will not be seeing dr Delong after today. Terrible service and no communication"

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up having to visit a different doctors office today. It made me miss Dothan Peds so much. They do a great job from the front desk to actually seeing the doctor. The best!"
