"Horrible customer service!!!!! Everyone was on their phones, I had to follow a floor guy because he had headbuds on and couldn’t hear me calling him several times. The ladie that eventually attended me had a face every time I asked for a pair of shoes. Very unattentive reactions from the employees. They have a nice selection but the customer service killed the whole experience."

"I placed an order online for over $500.00. One pair of the shoes I ordered were shipped from this store (Jensen Beach) location. I order a child size 13c and they sent me an adult size 13. I've been trying to reach customer service for the past two days by phone and email with no luck. I call the store and a person who claims he's the manager tells me I can bring the shoes to the store to return them. I was at least expecting them to reach out to customer service for me to rectify the situation since they are the ones who created it. I live 45 minutes away from the store. The guy claimed to be the manager but refused to give his name or his district manager name and number. I will be returning the entire order."

"Me and my fiance went to the store to buy 7 pairs of sneakers for our groomsman. ISAIAH helped us and got everything we needed. He did a great job at making sure we got the best customer service. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful as well. He double checked the sneakers and made sure all sizes were correct. I am very happy with eveything."
