"Beautiful salon and everyone is attentive and caring but only until you pay for the dress; after that salon policies (or the workers idk) will not care or accommodate you as a client. A simple example is not letting you come to try your dress over the weekends “because they are reserved for brides that haven’t paid yet and are still picking their dresses.” Some people work 8-6 Monday to Friday and just don’t have the opportunity to come in during the week. Another example is their “portal” - there is no real update on your dress tracking and no one is calling you to update on the status of the dress (when I ordered my dress it was on back order so I had no idea when the dress will be coming in at all!! - I had to be calling myself multiple times to check in when was my dress coming as they did not provide a date and no one notified when it arrived either. They also moved to a new location - which is beautiful- but I didn’t know about this switch and when trying to get my appointment to come in I got confused and called to double check the address and the person on the phone made me feel so stupid because I did not know that they changed locations - how was I supposed to know? Things like that and many others don’t make one feel good about a store like this"

"Amazing experience! This was so unexpected, as I had two other appointments with boutiques I expected to find “the dress” at - and Isabel O’Neil was honestly my fill in time / seemed out of my price range. Let me tell you, I was wrong. The quality and price point of their dresses were unmatched. Their stylist Kambria was a fantastic help in making the experience fun, easy, and she knew exactly what she was talking about as we asked questions. By far blew the others out of the water. I went in not expecting to say yes to anything that day, and walked out with a dress that I cannot wait to put back on!"
