"I wanted to share how the Public Storage staff, Mertie treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. She took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Very polite and showed me different units soon I would be assured that I was renting the proper unit. I would highly recommend her and Public storage at 1615 Highland Ave to everybody. I'm so glad I stopped in as she was outstanding."

"Do not do business with these people. Go to a place that actually publishes their monthly rate. Public storage will immediately start increasing the rent until you give them notice. They will then say just kidding, we'll give you a discount if you stay. Rodents and moisture that will damage your property. They will NOT DO A REQUIRED REPAIR! The roll up door was almost impossible to open but they would not fix it. Don't. Just don't. It was a horrible experience."

"Myrtie made my entire experience with your company phenomenal. I reserved a storage unit earlier in the week and she called two times to verify I was still coming to check out the unit. Upon taking the tour, she was very professional and polite and made my day very easy. She is unbelievable with customers, and if I was the manager of that facility, I would make sure she is well taken care of."

She said she was one of the property managers for this location and that it was her day off but she would be happy to help both of us with whatever we needed!
