My questions were answered quickly, and she even emailed me the document I needed so that I could have it filled out ahead of time, which I thought was very thoughtful. I really felt that was going above and beyond for me. I sent in an email request regarding license plates/registration to the general email address on the website and she responded to me really fast and got me everything I needed so quickly. "As for any DMV patience will be required. Great staff here plus a security guard who takes his job a bit too seriously. Come with extra $ for the red light ticket camera ticket you never were notified of. Must pay for ticket and suspended licsense reinstatement fee."
"2nd week in a row get turned away because the office is over capacity but you can’t get appointments for weeks. How does that make sense? Also you have an office closed for remodeling. Do better and service the public."
