I've never liked that they're always worried about getting paid up front or else they won't check your kids.(make me so upset) today I finally lost it. So today I walked out.. time to find another pediatric. any recommendations.. I really don't get upset it's not in me.. (but today was it)"

"Super fast service almost every time. We have been coming here off and on for over 10 years for our kids. We originally started coming here because they would accept our insurance and has a weekend walk-in clinic. They have always been really accommodating for any money that was due, even to the point that we were still able to be seen without paying the entire bill. Payments were always reasonable and they are willing to work with you on the associated costs. We usually see a different doctor/nurse practitioner/physician assistant when we come so developing rapport with an individual doctor has been tough, but they have always come through in treatment. The staff at the front desk are not always super friendly but they do get the job done. Getting medical records is also a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend. Enjoy!"

"Horrible costumer service by receptionist, rude & very unprofessional. If you can not handle being around sick patients you’re in the wrong field. If you’re looking for improvement also consider working on greeting patients & speaking up. Very disappointed. Def not going back."

"I would never bring my kids back here, the staff is so rude and unprofessional, I hate this place and the walk in clinic is not on a first come first serve it's based on whom they want to see first and if you don't match their description you will be the last one. The way I was treated was not right. My kids will never go here again, this place needs to get their priorities straight and stop being so rude."
