"Who is Irina and why is she allowed to have contact with the public? This bank wins for the worst customer service in the banking industry, I was given the excuse that, “we’re short-staffed,” as to why she was sending me to another branch and wouldn’t help me. How much did the CEO get for a bonus in 2023? I don’t give a rats behind why you’re unwilling to help me, this is not where I bank but my mother does and I wouldn’t give this bank a penny of my money. These companies better believe that customers are sick of getting horrible customer service, outsourced phone agents in other countries when we call for help and employees that simply enjoy not helping the customers. Wake up Truist, we’re tired of getting the worst possible customer service you can offer!"

"Went to cash an insurance refund check for my homeowners insurance issued by Truist. It was not an extremely large amount but they refused to cash even though they are the issuing bank. Waited over an hour."

"This is not even a real bank. These are scammers including Tatiana and Irina . They will promise you anything to open an account and then they will never answer your phone calls or will continue lying to keep your money until you realize that they’re just scammers. It’s absolutely awful institution, and these people should be in jail for fraud and manipulation of citizens. We had to make over 150 phone calls right letters to corporate and even complain to financial services, and still received no assistance from this evil scamming bankers."

"After calling three times on the phone only to have endless prompts for account info etc, the wait time was 50 min the first time. The second, 49 min only to get disconnected from the line after the operator “y hear me”. The third time was also 60 min wait that I elected not to wait. I then decide to go into the location, I attempted to make an appointment on line which was unsuccessful on line, so I went in to the branch. I walk in and no one is at the tellers and three people waiting for banker help. The side of the office was empty except the branch manager. After 15 min he finally got up out of his office at this point, walked over and asked what order. I waited 58 min in the branch and he was with his first out of three customers. Needless to say I didn’t open an account. I asked the branch manager for the regional manager name and number. He stalled for 10 min until I asked a second time for the number. He finally produced the number. This bank is horrible beware with your money. If it takes this much effort to open an account imagine if you had a concern about your money. Oh and bu the way no call back from regional manager as of yet. What a surprise"

"I've banked with Suntrust for years and they've been a great bank but it wasn't until today that I had an exceptional experience. I had an issue depositing an insurance check and Amanda went above and beyond to help me get the situation sorted out. I have never experienced customer service like what she did for me today. I'm so glad I went to her branch for this!"
