"Never enough employees! There are 8 people in line with ONE teller! Ridiculous! And this is every visit here, not just today. We’ve banked with PNC for decades…but I think we’re going to find a different bank. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the tellers are friendly."

"Worst customer service for quick service. I don’t bank here but my elderly mother does. It’s awful how long the lines are. Today it’s 10 people deep with one teller waiting on the line and the drive thru. It’s been this way for years."

"Never enough tellers on duty, went in to close my accounts, A.M. the person assigned to my appointment to close my accounts had no idea what she was doing. She had to go to the woman in the office next door three separate times. Wouldn't give me cash for my checking account or savings account. I had to close an estate account and she made the check out to the estate of the deceased person, when I told her that the estate had been finalized and she should have made the check out to me she had no clue as to what she was doing. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to void the original check and issue a new one. This bank is all about how much money they can make because of the fees they impose on the people banking there are astronomical. I would never recommend this Bank to anyone no matter what state they're in."

"I am a customer of PNC and am trying to buy a house in Florida. I called the branch, but was not surprised when the call was not answered. I checked the website of the Fort Myers PNC to see if they could wire money for me to purchase this house even though I am a resident of North Carolina. I made an appointment for a phone call at 2:00. I wanted to talk to someone to see what I could do to wire money for my deposit on this Florida house. It is now 4:06 and no one has called. Call me a dissatisfied customer…. I checked to see how far away this branch is and my computer tells me it would be a 45 minute trip. Too far to go if I couldn’t accomplish the wire transfer. I called headquarters to complain and they gave me two numbers I can use to wire transfer from my account. I hope they work tomorrow."
