"Worst banking experience ever. The bank officer was rude and unhelpful. We had a business credit card compromised several months ago and it is still not fixed. She would not even discuss fixing it she said it was a credit card issue and she was a bank. Excuse me but it’s their credit card. Since BB&T merged banking is a nightmare. We are moving all of our accounts as soon as this is finally fixed. Can’t get out quick enough."
