"I am not a current Regions customer but had an issue with an 24 year old closed account and could not maneuver through Regions online prompts, went to Gunn Hwy. branch and met with Senior Relationship Banker Sebastian Gabriel. Sebastian went above and beyond in solving our issue in one visit, this was customer service at its best."
"They definitely have only minimal experience with business accounts or the business accounts they have don’t deposit much money. I deposited in excess of 20K, I can access $275 the next day, 3 days later I can access $5300, and the remainder is available 11 days later. I think I’ll look for another branch that deals with businesses!"
"Regions used to be a no fee or super low fee bank. But today (12-2023), they are SUPER expensive. Their fees are higher than Chase Bank and LESS services thank Chase, Wells Fargo.. Regions is charging more than the big banks. We are taking our 4 business accounts to the credit union which has the same level of services as Regions. Sad, they use to have zero to NO fees."
