"WORST PLASMA CENTER EVER. I went in to donate for my very first time ever, and I was told to be honest, and told them I had diabetes prior , OK they made me go to a doctor pay out-of-pocket for a check up And bring back the papers once I brought back the papers I was told that I could put “no” in the system on the diabetes question Now I’m deferred from all Grifols And they don’t even care to undo me because they’re employees messed up and lied and told me to lie When actually, I was doing the right thing -10/10 Horrible communication horrible customer service just horrible all together Zero understanding."

"This place is horrible, I've come so many times hours before they're business closing hours and they're constantly closed way to early, a true waste of time. If I could give no stars I would. In continuation from my last review, once again they have wasted my time. I called them and they answered which was a biggg surprise, i called and asked if they were open and I could come in and they said yes and just hung up on me before i could ask anything else and when i called back no one answered. I take the online survey to get my QR code because I'm eligible to donate today it says. I get up there only to be told if I didn't make an appointment I can't donate, I guess they have a surplus of plasma? Why not tell me this over the phone? What is even the point of theyre online kiosk telling you,you can donate of you can't. Conclusion these people are sketchy, they're very lazy and rude,they always have an excuse for why you can't donate as if you donating depends on they're mood. Highly don't recommend this place."

"I went for my first time yesterday. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful my entire stay. I, unfortunately, had a bad reaction and was unable to complete the entire process. I literally almost blacked out and they had to stop the procedure. They were so helpful in getting me back on my feet. My only concern, which I didn’t realize until after I got home, was they never once asked for my emergency contacts. At the worst point, I felt like I was going to faint. It would be most beneficial if they had the name and number of someone to contact in cases like mine or possibly worse."
