"I had my first bout with Kidney Stones on 23 Mar while I was home in NJ. I flew to Mississippi on 24 Mar to visit my daughter at Mississippi State. On Friday night, I experienced pain and swelling, and my daughter took me to your ER. While in a lot of pain, and to be honest a little nervous, the receptionist was so very friendly, she made me relax. I apologize, I did not get her name, but she was an Army veteran. She even had the Security Guard, a Marine veteran come out to talk to me. I was taken back very quickly by Ms Laura Todd, another true professional. I was then seen by Dr Pryor, assisted by Nurse Chip Slaughter. I have never felt more compassionate and professional care ever! Please pass this onto them, as I really am thankful to them. Your organization is very lucky to have professionals like this on your staff. THANK YOU!"

"I wish to God! I could give them a zero star! These are the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. Especially to people of color! You go to the front Dess about something serious! And the woman at the front desk closest to you she won’t say nothing. So you got to go around to the black girl. Who got a funky attitude! If you are lacking communication skills and you are not a people person then you do not need to be working around people! It is nobodies fault whatever troubles you got going on at home don’t bring it to work!!!!!!"

"Outstanding service at OCH - Emergency Room- I wasn’t wanting to go to the ER but unfortunately I didn’t have much choice as I was needing an Ultrasound preformed ASAP. So I decided to go in at 9:00 pm, I only had to wait roughly 15 minutes before being called back to a room and was discharged at 11:15. During that time, I was in constant contact with the ER at the time Dr. Shaw (outstanding DR). nurses and radiologist even at such a late hour I was able to get a prompt diagnosis, medication for treatment, follow up Doctor information and was well on my way to making a full recovery and the additional plus I was able to work the very next morning. Everyone was exceptionally nice from the front desk check-in, radiology and the discharge. They will be my first choice if/ or when I ever have another medical emergency in or near the Golden Triangle."
