"Dr.Turnbow did my surgery on the day of July 25, 2024 I had a ORIF with bone graft you may think this was easy for me but this was my third surgery on my arm Dr Turnbow did not make me an inpatient I was outpatient which was where everything went wrong because right after my surgery on the 25 the next day on the 26 I started having complications with my arm like bleeding through the bandages non stop and caught pneumonia and the doctor/nurses one minute had me on so many strong iv antibiotics I had caught sepsis which they also tried to cover up so my experience with Dr Turnbow office was really horrible and even after the surgery nobody called to check on me to see how I was doing so yeah bad and unprofessional staff."

"I was referred here by an er doctor only to be cut off mid sentence by the lady who answered the phone. I called again on Monday and was told they wouldn't see me and they referred me to someone else and that I would have to wait to hear from someone...my particular injury has to be looked at within 2 weeks or it could cause permanent damage..but I can't get any answers and this office doesnt care."

"He is the worst doctor that I have ever went to. He did surgery on my ankle left a screw in my ankle. That is not connected to anything just floating around I have to have another surgery to take that screw out that has no business being left in there. The plate removed because I’m having so much problems as I said, he is the worst doctor that I have went to to have a Nother surgery to fix what he did and his office people some are nice and some are not when you go in and ask for help and she just sits in the chair does not bother to look at the problem or anything and you still pay for the office visit give me a break oh excuse me that’s why I had to go to the office never met the Doctor."
