"One of our technicians purchased a few items from this store with our company card and did not bring back a receipt for our records, When I called a few days later and spoke to the manager on duty, not only did she take the time to in the transaction online but she also offered to drop it off to our office on her home from work. "went in there for a specific tool that they do have.dark haired woman at counter had no interest in helping me find it.said if I didn't see it they ain't got it.i sat everything down and left.very poor customer service.drove across the street to advanced auto.gentleman walked into the aisle and grabbed the pliers for me.thats how it's done people.great customer service.as long as she works there I won't go back.what a joke!"
"If you're going to hire someone, make sure they can do their job. Tiffany at the front was happy to ring me up but refused to install my battery. Even after being asked by the assistant manager to do it. I had to wait until another staff member was free to install it. I've never told a customer I would not do a part of my job and still had a job. She's been here over a year and still can't perform all her job duties. I'd fire her."
