"Homeless sleep under the front of the building's awning on the weekends and then have audacity to hassle you for going to the ATM at your bank. Also, there should be an ATM in the front of building like Publix has etc, not just the drive thru one. It's pretty lame..."
"Sketchy location, homeless sleeping by the front door . Unregistered cars park in the driveway making a hazardous condition to pullout on to 34th street because you have to be in the entrance lane to get out. Reported this to the bank before and the guy at the branch was worthless and couldn't care less. Drive to another location to use ATM at night"
"I tried to make a deposit on a weekend. One ATM is completely down so I drive across town to a branch that does have an ATM but can’t read the check,?which is typed from another financial institution. Not very convenient."
"Ruben at 100 34th St., branch in st. Petersburg Florida, is very incompetent. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for two weeks every day he told me return my call and never did supposed to be my free checks and they’re committing fraud by telling me I get free checks with my account, and they never send them to me. "In January I opened a new checking account with truist bank and made a $50 deposit upon account opening. A few days after opening my account I received a letter stating my account had been closed. I called customer service to inquire as to why my account was closed. Customer service confirmed my account was closed and informed me that I would be receiving a check with my $50 within a few weeks. Now, in the first week of April instead of my check I received a statement with two $12 maintenance fee charges and that my account balance is now $26. I again called customer service. They again confirmed my account is closed and blocked from any deposits or withdrawals. Why am I being charged for an account I cannot use? After spending over an hour on the phone with a supervisor I was informed there was nothing she could do and that I would have to go into a branch of resolve the issue. I have now been sitting at this branch for over another hour and Rosemary Shanahan the “branch leader” has also not resolved the issue. One excuse after another. I still have not been provided any information as to why my account was closed. Truist is committing fraud by charging me fees on an account that they themselves (in writing) consider closed. I am now jumping through hoops to receive a return of my original deposit."
