It made absolutely no sense how My work ethic, great customer service, and will to succeed was judged just based off of Corporate Copy and Paste Interview Questions of scenarios that don’t even exist. How can the same 2 Managers interview me 3 times and not see the will in a person to change their Branch around. I hope someone sees this an makes a change to AWFUL hiring process Wells Fargo goes through. You will never find a true value in an employee basing their employment opportunity from questions they answer that in reality never happen."
