"Extremely horrible drive thru service. I have been a member of Truist Bank, since they were called SunTrust Bank. The White lady with blonde hair working as a drive thru “teller” was extremely rude and skipped me in line. I was first in line and two cars that came after me, left before me. When you become selective and show unfair favoritism, that shows bad business practices and makes you come off as a racist. It’s very unfortunate and unprofessional, I really think she should be fired. This happened on Saturday 7/6/2024 at approximately 11:35am."

"I am a long time member of this bank system but this is only the second time I’ve dealt with this branch. I’m extremely pleased with their customer service. Today I came in with quite a number of nickels and dimes to trade for quarters so that I could do my laundry. The teller told me that they should already be rolled. That would be fine, I told her, but I no longer have a car to go home quickly and do that. Christie, the teller I worked with, was nice enough to help me count and roll over $76 in coins. I told her I had pennies at home so she not only gave me empty rollers but a plastic coin counter that the bank uses."

"The worst bank ever. This bank it’s a worthless bank ever, every time I go there it s a problem. Starting with waiting time, to speak with someone,which is sometimes over 1 hr, Then sometimes they have problem with computer, so you still wait, and of course to speak to someone there, which is Dixie, and Craig I believe there names is , it’s a a waste of time , because they give either a wrong information or , if is anything to fix, which was their faults, their errors they argue with you. So that’s not how you treat the customer, and that’s how you lose them, and the banks will go bankruptcy. These people talk like they’re owned this bank. If you can’t do the job, go find something else.This is unbelievable unprofessional, and and of course if you want to speak to the manager, you never see a manager there, so what the hell and what kind of bank is that? I wish I can give you all a 0 You people don’t deserve to be in this job, and of course, including the manager, which is never there."

"After two failed attempts to set up a trust checking account in another Truist branch office, we finally were able to establish this account at the 22nd Ave office. Craig, with some assistance from Ashley, took care of us in the most professional and caring manner. If we lived in St Pete (we were just visiting at the time), for sure this would be our "go-to" branch office for all our banking needs. Great job Craig and crew!"
