"besides the pitiful interest (if any) they pay they also "hold" your large checks for days until they clear. In the modern banking system this probably on take microseconds. Apparently they don't trust other financial institutions. Not sure why I still use them."

"This credit union do not play when it comes to fraud or any thing else. They are on it when detecting fraud use. The employees are very nice, smart and helpful. I have been and still is a member for over 35 years."

"Very limited hours, and sometimes aren’t even open during their posted hours. Fees on top of fees. I moved once, and they charged me a “bad address fee” on only one of my accounts every month until that account was empty, and then negative. Only when that account went negative did they reach out, not to update the address, but to collect the negative balance. You think a company with ANY customer service would give you a call, email, text about an address needing updating. Not covertly stealing money every month. Rates on any kind of loan or credit have consistently been the highest offered between all my banks. There are MUCH better CUs and banks in the Bay Area, GTECU, Chase, penfed all have been a much better banking experience IMO."
