Reviews
"A family member has had to use the service multiple times after a certain point they started trying to talk her out of going to the hospital because of how many times they've had to come. The last time they tried telling she had congestive heart failure even though she had just got out the hospital and didn't have it. Seems like they were intentionally trying to scare her, also giving out medical diagnosis that they have no business doing and aren't qualified to do so. Just because your tired of coming to the same house doesn't mean you should take it out on the patient."
"Had a ambulance come to my house and I asked to be taken to shands hospital because that is where all my doctors are and I have such a complex medical history and o was told they could not take me to shands but could take me to north florida west which has told me 2 times that I have had a heart attack and didnt."
"Due to Hurricane Michael, our phone woke us up 5 times, 11:16 pm, 11:47pm, , 2:04 am, 5:14 am, and 5:40 am, with the same message. There was NO change in the status of the storm and therefore NO need for all the phone calls. Most RIDICULOUS call system. False Alams all night long."
"Very helpful folks and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all of their guidance before, during, and after big storm events."
