They are a family business and treated us and our belongings as if we were a part of their family. They were friendly, considerate and showed genuine care. They handled every item as if it were their own.. They truly went above and beyond—even helping me empty out my packed up car at the end and taking away the empty boxes! Customer service is second to none. Their team is very thorough in making sure every piece of furniture and each box we had was inventoried to ensure there were no surprise cost on moving day. Their team showed up on time and they were extremely professional. My family and I were able to take the stress out of moving by using this company. We have several pieces of furniture that have been handed down to us from grandparents and great grandparents. To say the least, these are priceless pieces of furniture.
