They moved my savvy and feisty 82 year old mom who is on her own 2 times in 5 months. From planning - packing - moving - to re-assembling the furniture, Frank and Sons was responsive, courteous, arrived on time, patient, gentle, and very communicative and efficient. We received an A+ score from the apartment company stating that there was 0 damage to the unit from the move. They were available to move my mom in less than 48 hours, as requested. I live in another state and my mom did not have her cell phone on the day of the move! And, still, the move went off without a hitch as the communication was quickly made to divert phone calls to me.
