"This is the most uncompassionate and rude office I have ever had to deal with. While Dr. Freedman may be knowledgeable, his bedside manner could use some improvement. The office staff is incredibly uncaring, rude, and unwilling to help. They refuse to go the extra mile for their patients, which is especially disheartening for a medical office that deals with children and their health conditions. One particular staff member, Donna, who answers the phone and leaves messages, stands out for her rudeness. Debbie is also quite rude herself, they could care less. It is truly sad that such people are working with our children. After months of being a patient, I have experienced nothing but frustration and zero help. This is the office literally charged me $250 for an appeal to my insurance; yet we achieved nothing, not even a phone call to follow up. They are extremely uncommunicative and show no desire to help anyone. I regret not changing doctors sooner. Take time and read through all the reviews, majority with the same complaints"

"We are very happy with Dr. Freedman and staff. The office has been extremely efficient. We arrived very early for our follow up appointment and they took us right away instead of making us wait until our appointment time. Dr. Freedman took his time answering all our questions. Nurse Debbie was very responsive and caring when I called the office with some concerns about my son after his bloodwork testing. She even called the next day to check on him again. Thank you Debbie.
