"I was hired by a manager Jim Midi. I was very impressed by him he was very honest and very professional and continued to be a great manager throughout my time there. I was hired as a hospital Screener for Manatee Memorial and Jim explained it like it was and I enjoyed every day there. I was there only part time but the people were so nice I love the security guards everybody was respect full of each other. The job ended when Covid cases went down so low that we were no longer required I thought the pay was relative to what our job description was. I personally like people and the job involved greeting people at a stressful time in their lives and I felt we could make it easier for them to visit their loved ones. I really miss the job mostly because of the people but it was very flexible and just a great place to work. Would work there again in a heartbeat"

"My wife was let go from this company because she attended her father's funeral and took days off. She had also worked OT hours and was not paid. She got harassed by her supervisor at the hospital daily. She would get sick in the morning before going in knowing what she was in for. Beware of the company. Stay far away !"

"I've been working for the Owner James Midili for a year now and he has been very nice man very fair and professional and up front. Everytime he comes to visit us he helps us out and brings us the tools we need to get the job done more efficiently and counsels us on better ways to carry out the buisness and encourages us to do better. Also he is very good with the visitors who come and has taught me alot about customer service. He is a pro at what he does !"

"BEWARE!!! The owner Jim is a thief. He takes these poor kids tip money from working their shift. This owner manager is disrespectful to his employees because they are young kids. He doesn't pay them their full shift and dishonest with their pay on paper. This company will be reported to be audited for payroll tax, etc.... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR VALET SERVICES!"

"Beware !!! I was offered a position as greeter/valet driver to begin on a specific date. I was told how much the position paid, and told that I would receive a uniform. Weeks prior to my start date, I texted my manager many times to find out my schedule with no response back. My manager to be, finally responded with a phone call after I mentioned in a text that I would stop by in person to get the information I was requesting. He said that there must be a misunderstanding, that he never offered me a position. This was after I told him that I was quitting my current job, to which he said ok, and the discussion of rate of pay information. After sending an email to the company president, asking how I should proceed, I am still waiting for a response. Clearly the people who represent this company don't communicate with each other, or any one else. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with age discrimination? Just my thoughts!!"
