"As a tourist, we expect to be treated kindly. St. Pete and its residents have always been extremely nice. I am not thrilled with what occurred with trolley #2014. We couldn't locate the trolley stop but we saw a driver pull up at the light and waved to ask if we could get on to explore the area. He shook his head and looked straight ahead. Rude."
"Wifi on the busses never works anymore! Very few busses are running with wifi now. Why, no one knows, but it is sueable, with the signs on every bus and then being federally funded."
"I don't understand why every day the buses are delayed making us miss the next but connection buss. Today the bus was delayed 8 minutes and I said... Ok, 8 minutes is ok. I saw it passing in front of me on the way to finish its route and come back to pick me up. I waited 8 minutes. No bus past by me. I kept waiting 10 more minutes and nothing. I decided to refresh my route on the GPS and it showed me the same bus passing in around 20 more minutes and after it was 3 more minutes delayed again. My waiting time changed from 8 minutes to 45 minutes. My arriving time to home was 45 minutes later. 8:45 instead 7:45 as it was supposed to be. It's a shame this service. And it is the most developed and rich country in the world. WHAT A SHAME. The bus was the number 2655 driven by an African American woman in St. Petersburg Tampa Bay Florida."
"Buses never on time I get 10 minutes delay I don't understand delay from 8:22 to 9:00 that not even reasonable delay at all . Bus 62 always making me late for school. And bus 52 making me late to my movie at largo mall . Like not every one got time to be hrs late . and not everyone got the money to be late either. Also should be rule every bus must stop at each stop for two to five minutes"
"I am an amputee confined to a wheelchair. I had a doctor's appointment today and called for a ADA para transit ride. Carl picked me up at my house early and got me to my appointment early. He was very friendly and helpful. I got done at the doctor's 1 hour early and called the PSTA dispatcher who got me a ride back home 45 minutes before the scheduled time. Debra picked me up. I was impressed by her safe driving and friendly demeanor. My entire first experience with PSTA was wonderful - I would recommend them to anyone!!"
