I've had the privilege of having Karla be the service rep helping me the last couple of times I was in there. 5 ⭐ service, hands down The one I had before her was the same deal. "What a horrible store there was another store right off of 19 and 52 I suggest you go there. I was lied to and told that all metropcs's will not take payments unless the owner of the account is there. Sandra if that was her name after going to the other store and making the payment easily. Told me that that was a shady store that I went to and they're not following corporate policies. Super rude employee at this one. Wonderful friendly people at the other one right down the road. I guess she was too busy trying to sell a phone and didn't want to take care of the other customers."

"Karla was absolutely amazing I came in there to do something basic she helped we switch over to T-Mobile I didn't want to go but she insisted that I was going to get a great deal. If they are lying I promise to come back. Her customer service was absolutely amazing. Love her almost wanna stay but I will definitely be telling people to come to her store she is absolutely amazing"

"I was sooo happy to see that one of the best Metro girl was back. I just want to start by saying Ms Karla I'm so happy you're back. There is really nobody that comes close to your customer service. Absolutely amazing. You guys need to keep her this time around. She mentioned it was her 3rd day back and already knew all her promotions. I found it funny she was helping out the manager. She should run the place. You guys should have seen her taking care of three customers at a time. Everyone laughing and having a good time. Thanks for helping me with my phone.
