"Paid $248 to have item shipped from Fresno, Ca to a residence in Flagstaff, AZ. Told Nate it had to be delivered within 7 days. Despite what Nate told me it took 13 days. This has caused problems I won't go into. I called him three times, and Lisa twice. Each time me I was told they would check on delivery and call me back in 45 minutes--none of my calls were retuned. I had to start making calls to find out where the item was being stored and locate the Shipping clerk to arrange for delivery to my friend's home. Had I not done this myself, the item might still be sitting at the terminal.I can sum-up their customer service in one word: shoddy. Will never use this company again."
