"Please correct the passengers. This is a connector to Tampa and Orlando trains. As Amtrak has strengthen their staff, please understand these folks deal with hundreds of people per day that are dealing with 2 northbound and 2 southbound schedules. Thank you staff of STP for handling all passengers with professional and courteous attitudes. It helps with the trips. 5 stars for sure at this location"
"Jerry was sympathetic and helpful in trying to locate my lost luggage - it turned out that AMTRAK Washington DC ticket counter had not placed my checked bag on my Wednesday train. Upon in arrival in Orlando Thursday afternoon , I saw my bag was not on connecting bus and pointed this out to an AMTRAK luggage handler, but she ignored my repeated concerns and went on her way. My bag finally arrived on Saturday afternoon. Jerry did best he could to fix someone else's mistake."
