"Insurance dispatched this company to tow my disabled vehicle. Was given a 60 min ETA. They claimed to have arrived in 30 minutes, but I admittedly was not in place. After that request was canceled and another request was created, i again had a 60 min ETA. I sat by my car for 1.5 hrs before calling insurance. They informed me that the company had CANCELED due to lack of equipment, but I was not informed in any way. Very disappointing. Im not even sure if they came the first time."

Not only were their prices 1/2 of what Volvo, tire kingdom and firestone wanted to charge, but the mechanic stayed after hours to keep his promise of returning my car today. Ron has always been honest and has gotten us out of many pickles. He does good work and knows his stuff. We have used their towing service many times and have always been satisfied!! "This guy was an absolute nightmare. They dispatched this tow company to me through my phone service. Take two solid hours to arrive to tow the car. The man who runs the shop, Ron, tells me he can have my car fixed at his shop and convinces me to have it towed there. Once the car is there, he does not communicate with me one bit about what is happening with my car. THREE DAYS LATER, he calls me to tell me that he'll have to possibly put in a new engine, and says it will cost over $2,000 to fix. I arrive at this horribly run down mechanic shop in the middle of a high crime area and have my car towed out of there. He puts an unbelievable amount of pressure on me to let him fix my car, but I still have it removed, then he charges me $200 without even a written estimate beforehand, which is not legal. BEWARE, this was the worst experience of my life and I had to miss three days of work for them to not even come close to fixing the problem! New mechanic charged me a fraction of what this man was trying to charge me."
