"Big guy that sells the RC toys in the back is completely insensitive and straight up rude. His cocky confidence attitude is way out of line. He's a toy expert and he can't relate to children whatsoever. Thanks for blowing the lid on Santa for us big guy. I went in for help and all you did was down talk me and amazon right in front of my kid. He also freaked out over an antenna cover that my 7 year old bent while he kept us waiting. You got your dollar but you threw away a customer for life. You have a lot to learn about customer rapport business big guy."

"I was so excited to find HobbyTown. I love puzzles and do at least 2-3 a month and they had an incredible selection. I thought the store was so cool, I told my husband to immediately take my son down there to see their remote control cars. When I got home and opened the box, one of the puzzle pieces was ripped in half, I immediately took it back. It was only three hours after my purchase, and they would not accept the return and told me to contact the manufacturer. Sadly, I won’t be back, and they lost what would have been a very regular new customer."
