Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

"Calling in and online orders have the same abysmal customer service issues. The food is what it is (frickin hungry howie), you’re not ordering it because it’s great, you’re ordering it because it’s ok and convenient but when the convenience disappears, it’s got nothing to offer."

"I ordered 2 pizzas that were to be delivered in less than a hour. (I live 1.1 miles away) 1 hr 20 minutes still not here. When I called they said the delivery guy had it and was on his way. Took another 10 minutes to go 1 mile. Pizza was warm not hot. Don't bother with this place."

"My wife and I ordered a pepperoni pizza from this location like we have been doing for 5 years. The reason I am rating this store 2 stars is because my last 3 orders have completely gone down hill and I wanted to let everyone know that might order from here to think twice. I picked up the pizza and drove home which takes 2 minutes and it was completely cold and did not have light sauce like I ordered. I called up there to speak to a manager which is something I don't normally do and I was in no certain terms called a liar by the manager. I ordered then went by the Howie tracker and left to go get it when it said my pizza was in review and was told by the manager that the howie tracker has nothing to do with the problem I experienced which tells me that the howie tracker is flawed. I do not complain often which is why the last two orders that tasted horrible I just dealt with but I wanted this simple order remedied cause the pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Avoid this location if at all possible."

"We order here all the time. Typically the pizza is great. On this last occasion, it was a Saturday night. We were doing family outings and decided to order ahead for pizza for dinner. We got there and the kid gave us the pizza and said it was on the house. My nephew didn't think anything of it, gave his gratitude and left. Little did we know until we got home with 3 hungry toddlers, it was on the house because it was burnt to a crisp. I honestly could give two flying ducks if was on the house. I don't mind paying full price. I wish he would've given us a heads up by calling and letting us know or even when we got there. Perhaps we could've changed dinner plans. Perhaps we could've waited for a new pizza. Instead we came home and had nothing to eat and still had to scramble to make something for the kids. REALLY unprofessional. I will be checking on the spot from now on."

"We got pizza that looked like it been made on premade pie from the pizza section in Publics that hanging on the wall ! Even worse! Topping was only in the center and a crust not cooked at all ! White with a fork holes ! I made pictures . It was to late to reorder so I frayed that pizza in the skillet just to be able to eat it! When I call the manager said that maybe they didn’t put it in the oven right way! But if I won’t to get any credit I need to come to the restaurant on the day that He works and He see what He can do ....... I posted pictures on store website. So WOW !!! It’s amazing that slice of pizza can independly stay on it’s side !!!"
