"I bought a window motor desperately late evening because the window was down,O’Reilly was the only place that had it the same day in my area,I went there to purchase it and they told me it was a remanufactured window motor with warranty I open the box and checked it in front of the sales associate and showed him how used and beat up this motor looks,I needed it so I bought it…the motor was installed but the reset procedure would not take,I brought it back….Xavier refused to give me my money back for a defective part that I purchase from them,the asst manager Isiah came and did the refund but they both was accusing me of me not getting that window motor from them,the job had to be done twice because of them selling me a remanufacture motor for$200 that doesn’t work,the photo in the system matches the motor and I know they have cameras to see when I open the box before purchasing and I was questioning the condition of the part.i would never go back to this location again.i will reach out to there management too that was not acceptable ."

"Wow this place is good. I thought I had a dead battery in my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Cristian one of their reps came out and tested my battery, alternator and starter. Come to find out it was not the battery it's the starter. He could have charged me 259 for a new battery. I would have never know. It was his honesty and work ethic that saved me. It's a new store that just opened and I was skeptical but I am Impressed. This world needs more employees like him. Great customer service. I will be back for any automotive needs. Thanks Cristian."
